We’ve known for some time now that BMW is cooking up an even hotter version of the M2 Competition. Rumors have suggested the new hardcore M2 will be either be called the CS or bring back the fabled CSL moniker. While the name hasn’t officially been confirmed, a reliable source from Bimmerpost claims it will adopt the CS badge. New technical details about the M2 CS have also emerged, suggesting the hardcore sports coupe will be even more powerful than we thought.

BMW's i subbrand launched the i3, a full-electric city car with an ultralightweight carbon fiber frame, in 2013. BMW showed that it will continue to push the subbrand to new levels when it previewed the iNext, in September. Automotive News Europe Correspondent Christiaan Hetzner spoke with the head of the subbrand, Robert Irlinger, about BMW's electrification strategy.....
It's called the GPV Colonel, and it was originally manufactured by a company called General Purpose Vehicles in Michigan. A quick internet search shows the manufacturer builds several such vehicles designed for military use, but exactly how Yadlowsky and his partners came upon this particular machine is something of a mystery. Another quick internet search shows Yadlowsky and GPV headquarters are only about 45 miles apart, so that could have something to do with it.. ....
